Digitization of Melanoma Management
Bringing imaging, clinical and genomic data together to study melanoma and discover composite biomarkers.

Melanoma care produces data at many levels: dermoscopy and clinical images, patient history, histopathology and genomic profiles. We build integrated platforms and analysis methods that bring these sources together, so that clinicians and researchers can study them side by side.
By combining imaging features with gene-expression and sequencing data, we search for composite biomarkers and robust diagnostic signatures, and we study the mutational landscape of cutaneous melanoma in patients from Greece.
