The Computational Biomedicine Laboratory (CBML) of the Department of Digital Systems, University of Piraeus, is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and Greek Law 4591/2019. This statement applies to cbml.ds.unipi.gr.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, because of the exceptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
- Embedded third-party content, the Google Maps maps and the YouTube video of the lab, is provided by those services and its accessibility is outside our control.
- Some older files and images uploaded in earlier years, such as flyers and documents, may lack text alternatives or an accessible structure. We correct them when they are updated or on request.
- Linked publications on publishers’ websites follow the accessibility of each publisher.
How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment by the laboratory: a review of the page structure, text alternatives, form labels, headings, colour contrast, keyboard use and links of the main page types in English and Greek. It will be reviewed at least once a year and whenever the website changes significantly.
