Mobile Applications
Mobile health applications that capture and analyse medical images with smartphones and secure cloud services.

Smartphones with clip-on dermoscopes and built-in cameras bring skin examination closer to the patient. We design mobile health applications that capture images, extract features on the device and exchange information securely with cloud services for analysis.
The same architecture — on-device processing, encrypted communication and cloud-based classification — underpins our applications for chronic patient monitoring and healthcare data management on Android devices.
- On-device image acquisition and feature extraction
- Secure cloud-based classification services
- Mobile monitoring of chronic patients
