Dr. Konstantinos Moutselos is member of the Laboratory Teaching Staff at the Department of Digital Systems. He holds a Diploma in Physics and a Masters in ‘Signal Processing and Computational Systems’ at the National University of Athens. He received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics at the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics of the University of Thessaly. He has worked as a full IT/Physics high-school teacher. For over a decade he was appointed to the Managing Authority 'Education and Life Long Learning' of the Hellenic Ministry of Education.
At that period, he served as member of the ‘Integrated Information System’ Office and as a project manager for Programmes of the National Strategic Reference Framework – NSRF, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (2007-13).
