CBML took part in the challenge hosted by the International Skin Imaging Collaboration – ISIC 2018: Skin Lesion Analysis Towards Melanoma Detection/Task 1: Lesion Boundary Segmentation.
Our approach got the 39th position out of 112 participations. We employed Mask R-CNN architecture for the Deep Learning of the Training Dataset. Here is the ISIC 2018 Leaderboard, and the short report describing our methodology.
